SNUBBED! Morata, Fabregas, Alonso, Mata & Bellerin Left Out of Spain World Cup Squad

Some big names have been left out of the Spain squad for Russia 2018.

Boss Julen Lopetegui seems to prefer La Liga stars to players in the Premier League. While Alvaro Morata hasn’t had the best of seasons for Chelsea, Marcos Alonso has been brilliant and still didn’t get the nod.

Surprisingly, Arsenal’s Nacho Monreal got picked over his teammate Hector Bellerin and Alonso.

Andres Iniesta, having announced his departure from Barcelona, gets the opportunity of a final hurrah.

Let us know what you think of the selections…

Here’s Spain’s final 23 men for World Cup 2018:

Midfielders: Isco, Thiago Alcantara, Sergio Busquets, David Silva, Andres Iniesta, Saul Niguez, Koke
